We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, real estate broker, agent, financial institution, escrow company, or legal advisor. We do not originate loans, determine creditworthiness, or participate in transactions. All transactions occur directly between users.
Despite the word "Lending" in our name, LendingOwner does not provide loans or financing of any kind.
Any financing terms displayed are provided solely by property sellers. We do not verify, approve, or guarantee financing terms. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act, SAFE Act, TILA, ECOA, and all applicable state laws.
LendingOwner does not verify property ownership, title status, liens, property condition, or legal compliance of any listing.

The "No Credit Check" option on listings reflects the seller's choice only. LendingOwner does not perform or guarantee any credit evaluation.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey under AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver: Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against LendingOwner. Claims must be brought individually.
You may opt out within 30 days of first use by emailing support@lendingowner.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
Texas: Contract for Deed / Land Contract rules require specific disclosures within set timeframes. Attorney review strongly recommended.
California: Additional disclosure requirements on balloon payments. Usury laws limit interest rates. Consult CA real estate attorney.
